Hertfordshire LTA Annual General Meetings
Next AGM
Hertfordshire LTA Limited (“Herts Tennis”) holds an Annual General Meeting (AGM) each year. The next AGM is scheduled for 5th March 2026.
Function of AGMs
The purpose of the AGM meetings is generally to:
- Provide Herts Tennis with the opportunity to update Members on its activities and events from the previous year
- Enable Herts Tennis to brief Members on its future plans
- Provide an opportunity for Members to ask questions
- Elect the Directors and Management Committee for Herts Tennis
- Approve the appointment of Honorary Members
- Approve the financial statements of Herts Tennis and the appointment of the Independent Examiner of the Accounts
AGM Attendance/Voting
The following are entitled to attend and vote at AGMs
- The representatives of tennis and padel venues that are registered Members of Herts Tennis and which are required to pay the Herts Fee (“Fee-Paying Members”).
- Honorary Members
- Herts Tennis Directors and other members of the Management Committee
One representative of each venue that is a Fee-Paying Member is entitled to attend and to vote at the meeting. However, venues that pay the maximum registration fee to Herts Tennis may send two representatives each of which will be entitled to vote.
