Herts are winners of the 2025 Lionel Cox tournament!

What a weekend for our U9’s, U10’s and U12’s who were in action at the annual Lionel Cox Tournament. The tournament is a 10 county competition that includes Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk, Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire and Suffolk. This year’s competition took place on the weekend of the 3rd and 4th of May at Wycombe Abbey in Buckinghamshire for the U10s and U12s and Hills Road in Cambridgeshire for the U9s. Our youngsters taking part played so well and enjoyed a wonderful weekend of first class tennis which resulted in them lifting the trophy! We are so proud of our players and would like to congratulate and say thank you to our county teams and their coaches: Ben Stockley, Rob McDowell, Craig Blythe, Sarah Jackson, Jordan Miles and Ian Zellner.
