Hertfordshire’s Ivan Rodriguez Deb qualifies for the VI Tennis Finals at Wimbledon

Herts player Ivan Rodriguez Deb was in action at the Newport Visually Impaired Tennis Tournament this weekend. He had a super successful tournament winning not only the B4/B5 Men’s singles but also the B2-5 Men’s doubles competition where he played with partner Vincent Keane.

As a result of this fabulous victory, Ivan has qualified for the VI Tennis Finals at Wimbledon taking place in August this year which will be a very exciting experience for him. He says that one day he hopes that VI tennis will be part of the main Wimbledon championships.
