Hertfordshire Runners Up at the Lionel Cox Tournament

The annual Lionel Cox Tournament was held on the weekend of the 29th – 30th April at Queenswood School.  Those taking part enjoyed playing some wonderful tennis in full sunshine and this year’s tournament saw our county take an excellent overall 2nd place in the 10 county competition. Other counties taking part were Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk, Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire and Suffolk.

Congratuations to Essex who were the overall winners of the tournament and congratulations to all the players, team captains and parents who were involved in the competition.
