Enrique Guldberg Training Day

On Friday 17th February we had an excellent coach workshop at Batchwood delivered by Enrique Guldberg from Elite Tennis Academy in Barcelona  to coaches from across the county.  Organised by the Herts Tennis Coaches Forum, the 6 hour training day linked the traditional tennis training methods with neuroscience and different mental therapies.  Based on Enrique’s work philosophy of involving as much as possible the technical, tactical, physical and mental variables during training sessions, the training focused on self-development, emotional intelligence and cognitive, technical and tactical development.  Thank you to Enrique for providing such an interesting and informative workshop and thank you to the HTCF for making it all possible.
