Come and join us for the Herts and Mind Inaugural Charity Tennis Funday!

Herts Tennis is organising its first Charity Tennis Funday taking place on 7th April 2018 at Batchwood Indoor Tennis Centre.  The aim of this event is to promote tennis in the county, continuing to build bonds amongst tennis clubs in our 5 County Cluster Groups and above all to raise money on the day for charity.  The charity we are supporting is Mind in Mid Herts which is the local branch of the national mental health charity Mind.

The event is open to the public and all tennis players aged 8 – 80 are welcome.  Tennis coaches will run fun sessions and on court activities which will include cardio tennis sessions, group drills, fastest serve and tiebreaker competitions.  Participants of all ages and abilities will have the opportunity to meet and play for their area cluster group.  Event t-shirts, raffle tickets, food and drink will be available for purchase.  For a flavour of the likely action, take a look at photos taken at last year’s West Herts Funday event which was organised by John Malpas.
